• Subscriber information you add or manage, including names, email addresses, subscription status, and unsubscribe reasons.

We use this information only to authenticate users, provide campaign and subscriber-management features, send requested email campaigns, display campaign results, maintain security, and provide support. We do not sell personal information or use it to track you across apps or websites.

Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, email delivery, and hosting providers solely as needed to operate FlowDeskMobile. These providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

FlowDeskMobile is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
